This report is a list of the records in your database by withdrawal date, withdrawal reason, last name, and Social Security Number. You must enter values for all of the report options.

To print this report:

  1. Click Reports on the R2T4 menu.
  2. Click Student Listing.
  3. Enter the Withdrawal Start Date.
  4. Enter the Withdrawal End Date.
  5. Click the down arrow next to Withdrawal Type to choose a withdrawal type.
  6. Click the down arrow next to Sort by to choose a sorting method.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Print This Page to print the report.
