I transmitted a correction but did not print a signature page. What should I do?

Your signature was electronically applied to your application when you accessed Corrections on the Web with your PIN. No signature page is needed.

If you are a dependent student and none of your parent’s information changed, then no signature is required from your parent.

If you are a dependent student and your parent’s information did change, then your parent is required to sign your corrected application.

If your parent’s signature is required and they did not sign your application with their PIN or print a signature page to sign and mail in, you must call the Federal Student Aid Information Center for advice and the options available. Refer to the Customer Service page for contact and assistance information.
