Interested in Work-Study or Student Loans?

This is question 26 on the FAFSA.

The response indicates whether or not the student has expressed an interest in work-study or student loans. Options are:

Work-Study The student is interested in the Federal Work-Study Program, which provides jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay educational expenses. The program encourages community service work and work related to the student’s course of study.
Student Loans The student is interested in the Federal Student Loan Program. Student loans are borrowed money that must be repaid with interest.
Both The student is interested in both the Federal Work-Study and the Federal Student Loan programs.
None The student is interested in neither the Federal Work-Study nor the Federal Student Loan programs.
Don’t Know The student is unsure of his/her interest in either program.
