To print a copy of your signature page, go to Check Status of a submitted FAFSA or Print a Signature Page. Follow the directions to check the status of your application, if a signature is needed the results will give you the option to print a signature page.

If you have a PIN, you can use it to sign the application electronically. Go to the FAFSA on the Web home page and select ”Electronically Sign With Your PIN” under the Filling out a FAFSA section.

You can also call the Federal Student Aid Information Center and request a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) which can be signed and mailed in. Refer to the Customer Service page for contact and assistance information.
