I did not get a signature page option with my Corrections on the Web Application. What should I do now?

Since you used your PIN to access Corrections on the Web, our site knows that you have a PIN to electronically sign the corrections.

If you are a dependent student and none of your parents' information changed, then no signature is required from a parent.

If you are a dependent student and your parents' information did change, then a parent is required to sign your corrected application.

If your parent’s signature is required and he or she did not already sign your Corrections on the Web form, your parent can do one of the following:

Electronically sign the application by selecting Sign Electronically With Your PIN under the Filling Out a FAFSA section of the home page.
Select Check Status of a Submitted FAFSA or Print Signature Page under the FAFSA Follow-Up section of the home page. When presented with the opportunity to print a parental signature page, your parent should print it, sign it, and mail it to the address provided. .
