You must enter your PIN to correct your FAFSA. Your PIN verifies your identity before your FAFSA information is displayed on the screen.
When you are finished correcting your FAFSA, you must electronically sign with your PIN. If you are a dependent student and corrected your parents’ information, a parent must also sign your corrected FAFSA. Your parent can sign electronically with his or her PIN, or he or she can print, sign, and mail in a signature page.
