This is your proper name, not a nickname, and it must match exactly the name on your Social Security card. You can only use letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), periods (.), apostrophes ('), dashes (-), or blanks (spaces). No other characters are allowed.

The first character must be a letter, and the second character cannot be a number.

You can include suffixes (Jr., Sr., III, etc.) in the last name.
