This question can be left blank if you are an eligible noncitizen and only if you have selected Canada, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, or Palau as your State of Legal Residence.
