If you cannot remember your password, select forgot my password at the bottom of the Application Restore Login page. Enter the information required to verify your identity and you will be able to create a new password. Once you have reset your password you will be taken to the last page you were on when you saved your application or correction form.
You may also contact Customer Service to have your password reset.
TIP: If you do not retrieve your saved application within 45 days or before the federal application/correction deadline date, it will be deleted, and you will have to start a new application. (Select Application Deadline Dates on the home page to see the federal application/correction deadline dates).
